Casler Financial is predominantly a virtual office, but I know the need does arise to meet in person on occasion. Whether it’s dropping off a large document that you don’t have a way to scan, or picking up a form that needs to be signed in person, two local business owners have graciously allowed me to share space with them for this upcoming tax season.
First is Laura Donaldson, an attorney in the Clackamas River Plaza building, across from the DMV in Gladstone. She specializes in debt resolution and her and her lovely assistant Jackie allow me to accept drop offs and pick ups at their front desk, and use their conference room for meetings.

The second is Marilyn Morrissey with Morrissey Financial in Oregon City, across from the McLoughlin House. Marilyn is a CPA, wealth advisor and my go to person for estate and trust returns.
The address of this location is:
Both locations are strictly by appointment only, since I predominantly work from home (or coffee shops), but the Gladstone office does allow drop offs and pick ups during normal business hours.
On December 3rd, I’ll be hosting an open house at both locations. This is a great opportunity for you to come by and say hi, meet me in person if you are a new client, drop off any paperwork you don’t want to scan, and pick up a little Christmas gift as our way of thanking you for your trust and support of my small business.
I will be at the Gladstone office on December 3rd from 9:00am to 11:00am in the conference room on the 2nd floor.
I will be in the Oregon City office on December 3rd from 2:00 to 4:00pm.
Please feel free to stop in during those times and spend a few minutes getting to know me and getting your questions answered.
If you are looking for a new tax preparer for the upcoming season, I have room for about 25 new virtual clients who are comfortable scanning their documents, signing via Docusign and receiving copies digitally. This is my preferred method of doing business and helps keep my costs down by minimizing expenses like paper and ink, scanning, and office rent.
However, I do realize this isn’t for everyone, so I have been encouraged to offer a Premier in-person tax preparation package this up coming season for clientele who don’t see virtual as a viable option.
You can read more about this new concierge level service here. I have opened a limited number of spots for these in-person appointments this year, so if it is of interest to you, be sure to reach out soon to get more information and save your spot.
